Rusty Ends CD Release Party – A Benefit for the Garvin Gate Blues Festival

Join Rusty at Stevie Ray’s Blues Bar for a special event debuting his hot off the presses Earwig release of the “Rusty Ends Blues Band” CD.

This CD was originally released in 1996, by local label Rollin’ & Tumblin,’ and re-issued by the legendary Chicago label Earwig Music, with new artwork and improved sound. All tunes are written by the inimitable Rusty Ends. Get your copy and Rusty will be glad to sign his cds for you.

Rusty and his Hillbilly Hoodoo band mates will be joined by Kentucky’s rising blues sensation Laurie Jane and the 45’s, Louisville rock guitar legend Wayne Young, and Chicago Blues Hall of Fame diva Liz Mandeville.

Like so many cultural and small business enterprises, the Garvin Gate Blues Festival was hit hard by the COVID. So, the Kentuckiana Blues Society and Rusty and friends are joining forces to hold a fundraiser to benefit The Garvin Gate Neighborhood Association, the historic Old Louisville preservation district neighborhood, the Kentuckiana Blues Society, and charities in and surrounding our neighborhood

Admission $10 at the door. Doors open at 3 pm, the show goes runs 4 to 8 pm, at Stevie Ray’s Blues Bar, 230 E Main St, Louisville, KY 40202. Stay tuned to kbsblues.org for updates. You are not going to want to miss this!
